In principle, most services are delivered within 48 hours. More exact delivery times can be found on the respective product pages. If these delivery times are exceeded, please contact us.
A mail to email@example.com is sufficient. If you have questions about orders, please include the order number. For general questions you can use the contact form.
For most of the services a delivery by and by is not planned and sometimes there are never problems when the likes/followers come “in one go”. For certain items such as Twitch and YouTube Views, delivery is made at a certain time, for more details please refer to the product descriptions. If you absolutely need a timely delivery, just contact us and we will find a solution.
It is quite possible that followers/liks decrease over time, as in many cases they are real followers. In the product description you can therefore find out how long we give a so-called “Refill Guarantee”, in which the followers/liks are replenished to their original level free of charge. In most cases not more than 5% will unfollow. Please contact us in this case via firstname.lastname@example.org or via contact form.
Don’t worry: It hasn’t happened yet that an account has been blocked because of purchased Followers / Likes.
The invoice will be sent by e-mail. No invoice will be sent by post.
Your PayPal account must be verified, as there have been fraud attempts with unverified accounts in the past. Verifying your PayPal account is not a lengthy process and can be done in a few days.
No, each product is always a one-off payment.
No, once delivered followers/liks cannot be cancelled.
